Don't Believe The Hype! Many prospective clients are confused about plasma televisions. And no wonder. The marketplace is saturated with conflicting information about flat panel displays. But, make no mistake about it, plasma display panels outperform the competition. Better colors. Better black levels. Better flexibility in viewing positions. Better resolution with far fewer digital artifacts. And with a projected lifetime of 15-thousand hours of use ( equivalent to 4 hours every day for 10-years ) there is no reason to compromise in picture quality when shopping for a 40-inch or larger television. LCD televisions have their place...and that is typically in the kitchen, office or playroom, not as your primary television...especially if picture quality matters.
